Book Review: Stargirl

image Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli is about a really weird girl. She’s different in almost every possible way. On her first day, she dressed in a ball gown that looked like it was from the eighteen hundreds and a ukulele strapped to her back.

At first, everyone at school thought the school planted her there to give people a little more school spirit. This girl couldn’t possibly be real. As the days went on, things just seemed to get more unusual.

The weirdest thing was, she didn’t seem to care.
